About Boiler Lines

At Boiler Lines, we make it easier to find reliable boilers, heating controls and essential boiler accessories in one place.

We understand that buying a new boiler or heating product can feel complicated. Customers need to compare different boiler types, outputs, manufacturers, warranty periods and compatible accessories before making a decision.

Our aim is to make that process clearer, more convenient and more dependable.

Who We Are

Boiler Lines is a UK boiler and heating-products retailer operated by DYS FORTEX LTD.

We supply a carefully selected range of:

  • Combi boilers;

  • System boilers;

  • Regular and heat-only boilers;

  • Storage combi boilers;

  • Boiler flues;

  • System filters;

  • Thermostats and heating controls;

  • Boiler accessories.

We work to provide clear product information, competitive pricing and reliable customer support throughout the purchasing process.

Our Approach

Boiler Lines is built around three principles:

Clear Product Selection

Choosing the correct heating product is important.

We aim to present product information in a clear and consistent way, helping customers compare features such as:

  • Boiler type;

  • Kilowatt output;

  • Energy efficiency;

  • Manufacturer warranty;

  • Flue and accessory requirements;

  • Product dimensions;

  • System compatibility.

We always recommend confirming the required product specification with a suitably qualified heating professional before placing an order.

Competitive and Transparent Pricing

We aim to offer dependable heating products at competitive prices without making the buying process unnecessarily complicated.

Product prices, package contents and available delivery information are displayed as clearly as possible before checkout.

Where a product package includes items such as a flue, filter, scale reducer or thermostat, we aim to identify those items clearly within the product description.

Reliable Delivery and Support

Boiler Lines delivers eligible orders using its own delivery vehicles and personnel within the postcode areas that we serve.

Handling deliveries through our own delivery operation allows us to maintain closer oversight of the process from dispatch through to arrival.

Our customer-support team is also available to assist with:

  • Product and order enquiries;

  • Delivery information;

  • Order updates;

  • Cancellations and returns;

  • Damaged or incorrectly supplied products;

  • Manufacturer warranty information;

  • General after-sales support.

Products from Established Manufacturers

Our product range may include boilers and heating accessories from recognised manufacturers operating within the UK heating market.

Product availability may vary, but our goal is to offer customers a practical selection across different:

  • Property requirements;

  • Heating-system types;

  • Boiler outputs;

  • Warranty periods;

  • Price ranges.

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and model. Where a product includes a manufacturer warranty, the available duration and key eligibility requirements will be shown on the relevant product page wherever possible.

Manufacturer Warranty Support

Products sold by Boiler Lines may include warranties provided directly by their manufacturers.

The applicable warranty may depend on:

  • Correct installation;

  • Installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer;

  • Product registration;

  • Completion of commissioning records;

  • Annual servicing;

  • Compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Manufacturer warranty claims are generally handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.

Boiler Lines can assist customers with order records, invoices and identifying the appropriate manufacturer contact where required.

A manufacturer warranty does not replace the customer’s statutory rights against Boiler Lines as the retailer.

Installation

Boiler Lines supplies products only.

We do not provide installation, commissioning, servicing or removal services.

Boilers and gas appliances must be installed and commissioned by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer where required by law.

We strongly recommend that customers ask a qualified professional to confirm the appropriate boiler type, output, flue arrangement and accessories before ordering.

Our Commitment to Customers

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from Boiler Lines.

Our commitment is to:

  • Present products and package contents clearly;

  • Provide transparent pricing;

  • Protect customer information;

  • Offer secure payment options;

  • Provide reliable delivery information;

  • Handle returns and complaints fairly;

  • Respect statutory consumer rights;

  • Continue improving the accessibility and usability of our website.

We use Shopify to operate our ecommerce store and support secure account, checkout and order-management functions.

Available payment options may include Shopify Payments and Klarna, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the relevant payment provider.

Building Long-Term Trust

Boiler Lines is being developed as more than a product catalogue.

We want to build a dependable destination for customers looking for boilers, heating controls and related accessories.

That means continuously improving:

  • Product information;

  • Website navigation;

  • Customer support;

  • Delivery processes;

  • Accessibility;

  • Privacy controls;

  • After-sales guidance.

As our product range and services develop, our priority will remain the same: helping customers purchase heating products with greater clarity and confidence.
